A note on our licence document: our Form 20B certificate carries the personal photograph and identity details of the Qualified Person-in-Charge, as required by the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules. For that reason we do not host the certificate as a downloadable file. Instead we publish the licence number in full above so that it can be validated directly against the Rajasthan Government’s own records, which is a stronger check than a PDF we host ourselves. What Our Licence Does and Does Not Cover
Being specific about the limits of our authorisation matters more to us than sounding impressive. Our Form 20B licence permits wholesale sale, stock, distribution and export of drugs other than those listed in Schedules C, C(1) and X of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. In practical terms:
- We do not stock or supply Schedule X drugs — narcotic, psychotropic and other habit-forming substances subject to special control.
- We do not stock or supply Schedule C and C(1) products — biological products such as sera, vaccines and certain injectables.
- We do not stock cold-chain products requiring storage between 2°C and 8°C; our licensed premises are not authorised for these.
- We purchase only against cash or credit memo from duly licensed dealers or duly licensed manufacturers, as required by the conditions of our licence. We do not source from unlicensed channels.
If a product you need falls outside this scope, we will tell you so rather than attempt to supply it.
International Orders and Your Local Law

We hold no licence, registration or approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other foreign medicines regulator, and we make no claim that our products are approved by them.
Medicines lawfully sold in India may not be lawfully importable into your country. Many countries — including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and members of the European Union — restrict or prohibit the personal importation of prescription medicines, and customs authorities may detain, seize or return shipments.
It is your responsibility to check the import rules that apply where you live before you order. Our Approach to Safety and Quality
1. Licensed sourcing only
Every product we hold is purchased under a documented cash or credit memo from a licensed Indian manufacturer or licensed dealer, as our licence conditions require. Purchase records are retained and are available for inspection by the licensing authority.
2. Manufacturer standards
We source from manufacturers holding valid manufacturing licences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Where a manufacturer holds WHO-GMP certification, we can supply the certificate reference for the specific product on request. We do not apply a blanket certification claim across our whole catalogue, because certifications are held by individual manufacturing sites, not by us.
3. Storage and premises
Our licensed premises at Jaipur are maintained in accordance with the storage conditions specified in our licence and are subject to compliance assessment by the Rajasthan drug control authorities at least once every three years, or more frequently on a risk-based approach.
4. Batch and expiry traceability
Products are dispatched in the manufacturer’s original packaging showing batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date. If you receive a product whose packaging is damaged or whose batch details are illegible, contact us and we will replace it.
5. Discreet, sealed packaging
Orders are dispatched in plain outer packaging that does not identify the contents or the pharmacy, protecting both your privacy and the integrity of the product in transit.
